Ordering Information

We attempt to have sufficient inventory to allow us to ship from stock, within 2 business days of your order. However, this is not always possible. If we will not be able to ship within 7 business days, we will contact you, explain the problem and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. To pay using PayPal, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's description page. Shipping and handling charges will be automatically entered at the PayPal site. If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, be sure to enter it before clicking "Add to Cart," and remember that discount codes are case-sensitive. When finished shopping, click the "View Cart" button to return to PayPal for checkout.

If you prefer to order by mail, we accept Money Orders, Certified and Personal Checks. If you use a personal check, your order will not be shipped until your check clears. For US domestic orders, please include shipping / handling charges of $6.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. For foreign orders, please contact us for the correct shipping / handling charges. Make your Money Order or check payable to Pitlak Group and mail to Pitlak Group, 443 Cones Point Road, Poulney, VT 05764. An email describing your order, sent to orders@Vermont-Magic.com, will help us to avoid shipping delays.
